Judges' Comments: This project was awarded first place due to the overall craftsmanship to construct a project of this caliber. The use of masonry materials paired with the overall design earns TPC Craig Ranch first place.

2nd Place:
American West Bank, Spokane, Wash.
Mason Contractor: Spilker Masonry Company
Architects: Steven Meek Architects
Judges' Comments: The American West Bank was awarded second place due to the overall masonry detailing used in this project. The judges were impressed that a commercial building displayed such intricate brickwork that is not common in modern buildings.

Residential

1st Place:
YWCA Opportunity Place, Seattle
Mason Contractor: J&S Masonry, Inc.
Architects: Stickney Murphy Romine Architects, PLLC
Judges' Comments: First place goes to YWCA Opportunity Place for the overall scope of the project, combined with the creative use of masonry to add artistic detailing to the building's brick exterior.

2nd Place:
Townley Residence, Watkinsville, Ga.
Mason Contractor: Halloran Masonry, Inc.
Architects: Tony Townley
Judges' Comments: Second place was awarded to the Townley Residence for the level of craftsmanship displayed in every element of veneer, paving and brickwork incorporated in this masonry masterpiece.
