Excellence in Masonry Awards
For the past 48 years, the Indiana Concrete Masonry Association (ICMA) has promoted masonry systems throughout Indiana. Even though the association's name includes "concrete" masonry, the ICMA actively promotes all masonry wall systems. Over the years, ICMA promotional tactics and programs have changed to keep up the practices of manufacturing and installing masonry products. Industry associations have found that, by combining efforts and funds, they have a better chance to effectively impact the decision-maker and designer's opinions of their products and systems.
In addition to the numerous events and educational programs held each year, the ICMA hosts the annual Excellence in Masonry Awards program. Architects, mason contractors, suppliers and owners are celebrated for their design, installation and use of masonry products.
