The fact of the matter is MCAA members and employees have once again risen to crowning heights of achievement. This month there's just so many of them! We're pleased to highlight all of the great accomplishments and will continue to do so in future issues of Masonry.

Masonry Awards
This month's issue is chockfull of MCAA members' award winning work. For starters, there's the cover article on "Masonry: It Makes a Village" in which six MCAA members created original and innovative masonry projects.
We also have a fascinating News article on the Masonry Institute of Iowa's first annual Fastest Trowel on the Block competition.
Last, but certainly not least, the Central Texas Masonry Contractors Association (CTMCA) held it's annual Golden Trowel Banquet on June 7th.
We're always looking to share award-winning performances, even in months aside from August. Please send us information on awards ceremonies, winning projects and calls for entries to: Jennie Farnsworth, Lionheart Publishing, Inc., 506 Roswell St., Suite 220, Marietta, Ga. 30060; by e-mail to: jen@lionhrtpub.com; or call (770) 431-0867 ext. 225.
Congratulations to all of the award-winners!
