PORTRAIT OF AN EXECUTIVE

Stephen D. Raimo, fast-moving president of Re Contracting Co., Inc., Syosset, N. Y., divides his time between the office of the firm's many masonry construction projects when he isn't hitting the highways and byways in the interests of the Mason Contractor Association of America.

Since taking office in Cincinnati last year, the genial MCAA president has traveled thousands of miles to all sections of the country attending Association meetings, representing MCAA at industry functions and in all ways promoting the cause of masonry. He was re-elected to this post last month in Philadelphia.

In addition to long service with the national, in which he has served as vice president and as head of many of its policy-making committees, President Raimo is also active in the New York Chapter.

His Syosset contracting firm is recognized throughout the east as specialists in school and church construction and has earned a reputation for producing outstanding structures of intricate design with fine craftsmanship.

When time allows, Steve is off pursuing his favorite hobby, deep sea fishing. He lives with his wife, Ada, in a lovely home in Brookville on the northern shore of Long Island.

Material Handling Scaffolding Double the Value of Your Fork Lift Truck

MORGEN ADJUSTABLE SCAFFOLDING

BUILD SCAFFOLDING ONLY ONCE FOR ENTIRE JOB. MOVE IT WITH A FORK LIFT FROM WALL TO WALL.

MORGEN scaffolding increases the efficiency of fork lift trucks and packaged materials. Together they lower wall construction costs 25% to 30%. You finish the job quicker and do more work with your present organization.

Morgen moves up all material, masons, and laborers as the wall is built. When the wall is completed, sections can be moved intact to other walls.

ELIMINATES COSTLY REHANDLING OF MATERIAL.

Morgen lets lift trucks and hand trucks place palletized material in one move directly at the point the masons need it. It means no more "down time" for rescaffolding, no more moving unused material from level to level.

KEEPS MASONS AT THEIR MOST PRODUCTIVE LEVEL.

Masons work constantly at waist height with material always at their fingertips.

Let us show you how leading masonry and general contractors are slashing costs with a fork-lift and Morgen Scaffolding. Write to us for details.
