How to insulate 29 square feet of block wall per minute
We explain to general contractors through our advertising that these are the approximate installed costs of Zonolite Masonry Fill Insulation.
At those prices, there is a built-in net profit for you of at least 2 for every block you insulate with Zonolite Masonry Fill Insulation, or $20 a thousand.
That's because one of your men can insulate 29 square feet a minute (minimum) with this hopper. (That's 3-core, 8" block.)
He just empties the bags into the hopper, which funnels the material into the block cells. It's easy to do two bags a minute.
Both you and your customer benefit. Because you insulated his walls, he gets a much more comfortable building that's much cheaper to heat and air condition.
So figure Zonolite Masonry Fill Insulation, bid Zonolite Masonry Fill Insulation and promote Zonolite Masonry Fill Insulation. You'll have happier customers and you'll get a little richer, every job.
