ENTRAINED AIR.

New Air Entraining MORTASEAL Masons Lime is a double-hydrated lime for mixing with Portland cement, sand, and water... with one big bonus. It's air entraining-a manufacturing process that permits a controlled volume of air bubbles to mix with the mortar automatically. This entrained air goes completely through the mix and takes the water with it. The result is a mortar that holds water much better - a mortar that is extremely plastic and much easier to work, much easier to trowel.

It's easier to mix, too. Requires no slaking or soaking. So it's ready for use right after mixing with water-just 15 minutes from bag to board.

You get still more: less dropping loss, better bonding, more "give" to absorb vibration, less efflorescence, substantial saving in labor costs.
