Masonry is 1/3 Done
W. E. Clark & Sons, Inc. of North Little Rock, Ark. won the masonry contract on the $2-million Arkansas Highway Department building because they were equipped with Morgen Adjustable Scaffolding and could start work before the building was topped out.
The general contractor faced a tight delivery date. Each day Clark could gain was an extra day gained on the total completion.
Here you see eight of the ten stories poured, and forms being set for the ninth. Clark's masonry work is already a third completed.
By using Morgen Adjustable Scaffolding, Clark not only got on the job earlier, but also gained rapidly on the structural work with a 20-30% increase in mason's production over other types of scaffolding.
This is why more and more general contractors are asking for Morgen scaffolding to face high-rise buildings. No wonder mason contractors say they can't compete without it!
