Work the Year Around with MORGEN Scaffolding
Morgen's Winter Enclosure Keeps Masons' Production High Even in Cold Weather
The simplest and easiest way of protecting masonry work during freezing weather is the enclosure system designed to work with Morgen Adjustable Scaffolding.
A roof support accessory holds standard-size frames covered with polyethylene and permits draping the sides to make an enclosure that can be heated. The enclosure, heaters, masons, material and laborers are elevated as the wall progresses. Fresh masonry is kept from freezing until it is well set.
You enclose only the area in which your masons are working, and you assemble and cover the enclosure at ground level. The Morgen enclosure eliminates the dangers of handling heaters and canvas on elevated scaffolding.
Because Morgen Adjustable Scaffolding keeps the masons working constantly at their most productive level-without interrupting for re-scaffolding it increases masonry production 20% to 30%. Some contractors report it lets them finish one, two and three weeks ahead of schedule.
