"We own four BOBCATS-we figure on more!"

I met the BOBCAT about 312 years ago," says Dee Brown, President of Dee Brown Masonry, Inc., Dallas, Texas. "We were constructing a large warehouse and in the marshy-type soil we were working in, our bigger machines couldn't operate. The BOBCAT with 4-wheel drive, slugged right through. Today, we own four BOBCATS and lease another. Four of the BOBCATS are equipped with forks and we use them for moving our pallets of brick, block or stone, carrying mortar and other chores. This releases our heavier equipment for other jobs. Our fifth BOBCAT is equipped with a bucket and used exclusively for cleanup. The BOBCAT is an important part of our mechanization which I believe has reduced our manpower costs from 25 to 40%, depending on the job. Maintenance is no problem with our BOBCATS, either. They're steady performers and we figure on more."
