Dictional Disputes were very completely covered in the presentation "NLRB vs Joint Board" by Peer Pedersen, MCAA Legal Counsel and Paul Rosensteel, MCAA Southwestern States Representative. The program was Harry Morstead of Calgary, one member of a five-man panel on industry problems, expresses himself on the subject of "Masonry Council Composition and Activities in Alberta at the founding convention of the Canadian Masonry Contractors Association at the Chateau Laurier. Other participants are (1. to r.): Maurce Sauvé, Montreal: J. E. Iverson, Winnipeg: Mr. Morstead, Frank Camisso, Toronto, who chaired the session; Edward Sirney, Burnaby, and W. J. Young. Fredericton.

The outdoor display was limited but did provide the members with an opportunity to see many of the new material handling devices in operation. Downtown Atlanta and its many new high rises is in the background.

The program concluded with a highly factual presentation on "The Wage & Hour Law and How It Effects the Mason Contractor" by Neale Katz, Chicago.

President Perri called the Annual Meeting of the MCAA to order at 1:30 P.M. in the Ballroom of the Marriott Motor Hotel. Mr. T. Walter Kirk, St. Louis led the members in prayer. Following the reports of the officers and Committee Chairmen the Chair called upon Donald Bidwell, Chairman, Constitution & By-Laws Committee Chairman, to present the recommended changes in this document. All the changes submitted were approved unanimously. The Nominating Committee then presented the slate of officers and in accordance with Constitution & By-Laws the officers were elected and the following State Chairman were approved by the body.
