Cyclo-Mixer
PCM Division of Koehring Company, Port Washington, Wis., has introduced a new counter-rotating Cyclo-Mixer, a pan type compulsory mixer with a counter rotating outer wall scraper.
The Cyclo-Mixer consists of an annular tank with exterior mounted motor and from 4 to 8 plowlike mixing handles.
The counter-rotating scraper insures the required high shear and kneeding action necessary for high viscosity mixes.

Hydrostatic Power
Offering any speed instantly-without changing engine rpm or hydraulic power -is the new International 2656 Industrial tractor with hydrostatic drive just introduced by International Harvester Company. Hydrostatic power permiss more efficient matching of power and speed to any given job. In loader operation, for example, it lets the operator ease into the pile with full power to get a full load, reverse or back out, then move ahead again by simply moving his foot from one control pedal to another.
Radiant Heater
Portable, radiant-directed heat in concentrated form is now available for outdoor workers and those who work in cold and drafty areas. Four new infra-red high BTU radiant heaters from Turner Corporation provide directed or diffused beams of heat created by propane fuel and highly polished or satin-finished 20 inch reflectors.
The models supply 10,000 or 15,000 BTU's at a cost of 54 to 7½¢ an hour. Fuel comes in 20 lb. cylinders, sold nationally and refillable for approximately $2.50.
The heaters provide heat and comfort in open, or well-ventilated areas. Suggested uses include all types of outside construction work, automotive shops, shipping docks, warehouses, freight yards, for outside utility company repair crews, and for drafty farm buildings.

New Mixer
The '68 Convention Exhibit of the first presentation to MCAA members of MCAA will be the occasion for the GILSON's new Model #312MP plaster-mortar mixer designed for small crews.

Semi-Flex Disc
It cuts like a depressed center, finishes like a resin fibre, and it outlasts fibre discs 10 to 1. That is how Merit's new Semi-Flex Disc cuts finishing costs so drastically. The Semi-Flex Disc consists of spiral layers of abrasive bonded with heat resistant resin to a heavy laminated fibre backing. There is a Silicon Carbide Disc for grind-finishing concrete, granite, ceramic, porcelainware, marble, terrazzo, cast iron, wood and fiberglass. The Aluminum Oxide Disc grinds and finishes aluminum, mill scale, sheet metal, steel forgings and stainless steel. See-through holes in the disc prevent clogging and reduce heat buildup.
