Tow the Jumbo Hoist from Yard to Job...and Back!
It hitches quickly and easily to your truck or car... on the job, throw a lever and it raises itself into operating position.
JUMBO HOIST
Jumbo is a portable, fully automatic-raising, material hoist available in 3000 and 1500 lb. capacity models. A super-rigid 24" x 36" tower, Jumbo can be used for heights up to 170 feet. Turn on the self-contained gasoline engine, throw a lever and the 30-foot basic unit quickly raises into vertical position. 10-foot high sections can then be easily added. Set the selector for any floor and platform stops there automatically.
Platform lifting speed is 175 ft. per minute. Platform, measuring 6'6" x 5'6" on 3000# Model, can be quickly replaced by a ¼ cu. yard concrete bucket. A mechanical-hydraulic brake is designed to prevent movement of the platform if overloaded and also in the event of hydraulic faliure. And a special safety device is engineered to lock the platform in place in the event of cable failure. With completely hydraulic operation controlled by a single lever, Jumbo has no clutch to burn out, no down brake to drag.
TWIN HOIST
Twin Hoist is a two-in-one, time and money-saving hoist that consists of one 3' x 3' exceptionally rigid tower with two 5'6" x 7'6", 5000 lb. capacity platforms on opposite sides. With the hydraulically-operated Twin there are lower erection and dismantling costs. Open platforms mean easy loading and unloading and Twin is easily transported. Speed is 175 ft. per minute up or down, maximum height 250 ft.
