The window frames for the structure. The detail shows how the thermal pane glass, along with various sealants, made this detail both unique and economical. Special brick sills were also worked into the design along with the special shaped brick used on the spandrel section to break up the long horizontal areas.
The structure has 30,000 sq. ft. of office space with underground parking facilities, making it exceedingly desirable for all the tenants.
In the final analysis this building is extremely well planned and integrated into an urban area with excellent masonry craftsmanship by the Fabbri firm. It has won a Distinguished Award in the 1969 Annual Distinguished Building and Honors Program co-sponsored by the American Institute Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and American Association of Commerce and Industry.
