Deal Winter Scaffolds
Lundy Construction Company, Williamsport, Pa. is using plastic tarpaulin and Deal Scaffolding to complete masonry work on the Lycoming County Court House in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
The Tarpaulin is tied to the scaffolding and completely encloses the structure, allowing the vast interior to be heated. This arrangement prevents the material from freezing and permits brick and block work to continue throughout the winter. Another important advantage is that a warm protected environment is afforded to workers.

Sand & Water Heater
This is an Automatic heater for sand and water. The rig is heated by a gun type oil burner which is controlled by an aquastat on the 90 gallon water tank. Sand is dumped over the heated tube and both the sand and water are heated and kept hot, Automatically.
The FLEMINATOR eliminates your problem of heating sand and water. No one needs to be in early to get fires going and the masons have hot mortar to start their work. The Monday morning cold sand and water problem is eliminated. Sixty masons with two mortar mixers have been served from one heater.

Hoist-O-Matic Protection
Hoist-O-Matic scaffold; winter and overhead protection engineered into the basic unit. No complicated erection procedure once erected. The protection travels up with the men and material until the wall is completed. Hoist-O-Matic offers greater production because the bricklayers never reach scaffold high and never leave the wall until it is topped out.
Hoist-O-Matic will be on display at the MCAA convention in Houston. Come see how safe Hoist-O-Matic can pay for itself and make extra profit for you.
Material Handler
TRUCKLER, an industrial quality trailer with hydraulically controlled fork-bed, opens new horizons in job-to-job handling of heavy payloads.
By employing the economizing "Driverall" concept, one man can expedite rapidly the loading, transporting and unloading of over-the-road deliveries.
The intermediate design of TRUCKLER increases the utility of pickup trucks and complements the economies of the fork-lift tractor in the vastly expanding field of palletization.
Load capacity is 5000 lbs. with maximum dimensions 51" x 12". The electrical system of the towing vehicle supplies 12-volt power to the lift mechanism; equipped with automatic surge hydraulic brakes. Truckler Division, Harvestall Industries, Inc., 3 North Walnut Avenue, New Hampton, Iowa 50659.
