NEW CARRIAGE DESIGN

Gives you the following advantages...

1. Scaffolding may be erected to full wall height regardless of height by two men without the necessity of a fork lift truck, crane, or other equipment, prior to masons being on the job. Masons then run walls 4' high, slide the carriage into place, put the masons on the scaffold and Ryd-Up as the wall progresses; removing X Braces and placing them below the platform without interrupting Masons and the flow of material, as wall progresses.

2. After reaching wall height, boards and material may be removed, the carriage slipped apart, moving the entire scaffold intact by the use of a fork lift truck or a crane to another wall area, (without the necessity of riding down-removing and replacing X Braces in the process.)

3. The carriage is then slipped back into position at the bottom making it possible to erect the scaffolding once and dismantle once through the entire job, without the expense and lost time involved in riding the carriage down.

4. When working on a slab casters may be used. After reaching wall height boards and material may be removed, the carriage slipped apart, and the scaffolding rolled down the wall line. The carriage then slips back into place. Again, only erecting and dismantling the scaffolding once without the expense and lost time involved in riding down.

SAFETY-Due to the design of Ryd-Up, orange X Braces on the carriage ride up as the platform moves up, eliminating sway and the possibility of workman removing X Braces, allowing scaffolding to fall.
