MORGEN Scaffolding Creates 20%-25% Increase in Masons' Production on 85-Foot High Rise

Morgen Scaffolding wrapped the perimeter of this 85' load bearing high rise in Southfield, Mich., measuring 250 by 180 feet.

Owner Jim Braden reports a 20% to 25% increase in masons' production on the job.

He used the Morgen winter enclosure system during the bitter cold months and kept his masons working through the winter. The masons discovered that they weren't as tired at the end of the day (despite their increased production) because the Morgen scaffolding kept them at ideal working level, eliminating the reaching and stooping. The word got around, and Braden found that he soon had brick masons applying for employment on this specific job. Morgen helps attract and hold the better masons.
