Morgen Scaffolding Lets Contractor Bid Tougher.
Triples Contracts in Two Years!
Robert Strope, president of Strope-Newton Construction Co., masonry contractors of Endicott, N.Y., reports that using Morgen Scaffolding has enabled them to bid more competitively. They pass on to the buyer some of the savings in labor that Morgen gives them. As a result, their contract volume has tripled in the past two years.
We have discovered that Morgen Scaffolding not only increases masons' production, but cuts labor costs 10% to 15%. It allows us to finish jobs quicker, letting us do more jobs with the same men and same fixed overhead. We are very happy with our Morgen Scaffolding," Strope reports, "and we expect to use more and more of it in the future."
Whenever possible, Strope-Newton leaves Morgen towers fully erected and moves them with a crane or fork lift, as opposed to taking down the scaffolding and erecting it again. "This has cut 5e a square foot off our scaffolding erection cost," Strope says, "and we're able to get our masons on the job much quicker."
Morgen Scaffolding is the masonry contractor's best defense against rising labor costs. To see what it can do for you, write today for complete literature and estimating charts.
