HOW IMPORTANT IS A MORTAR BOARD ANYWAY

It's important enough to do the following:

No nails to obstruct movement of trowel. Requires less tempering of mortar. Non-porous steel and high grade enamel finish does not absorb water.

Three steel legs of mortar board afford a constantly steady working surface.

Unlike wood with nails, this mortar board cannot rust - no additional maintenance expense.

Spun 14 turned down edge reinforces mortar board, affording positive rigidity.

Ample sized working surface: 32" in diameter.

A quantity of mortar boards can be nested together for easy transportation and storage.

Combine all the above features with indestructibility, and you have a mortar board that can't help but make a mason's job easier and quicker and cost of construction much cheaper.
