is consistent with contracts, employer practice, efficiency, and economy of operation. In making this determination, we are awarding the work in question to employees represented by Bricklayers, but not to that Union or its members. The present determination is limited to the particular controversy which gave rise to this proceeding.
DETERMINATION OF DISPUTE
Pursuant to Section 10(k) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and upon the basis of the foregoing findings and the entire record in this proceeding, the National Labor Relations Board makes the following Determination of Dispute:
1. Employees of the Employer who are currently represented by Bricklayers, Masons, and Plasterers' International Union of America, Local No. 37, AFL-CIO, are entitled to erect and install architectural natural stone facing panels on the Kankakee Detention Center, Kankakee, Illinois.
2. International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers, Local No. 465, AFL-CIO, is not entitled by means proscribed by Section 8(b)(4)(D) of the Act to force or require the Employer to assign the above work to its members or employees who whom it represents.
3. Within 10 days from the date of this Decision and Determination of Dispute, the labor organization listed in the previous paragraph shall notify the Officer-in-Charge for Sub-region 38, in writing, whether or not it will refrain from forcing or requiring Hansen & Hempel, Inc., by means proscribed by Section 8(b)(4)(D) of the Act, to assign the work awarded above in a manner inconsistent with the above determination.

What To Wear In Las Vegas
Las Vegas is one city where people don't have to worry about conventional dress standards. The rule is: If it fits and if it suits the climate, wear it! Mini, maxi or mod, this neon-flashing city is the great escape-hatch for those who have been inhibited by conservative styles and now may want to really cut loose.
The important thing to keep in mind on a trip to Las Vegas is the time of year during which you will visit. Winter is snowless and usually arrives in November, leaving in late February, the time of the MCAA Convention. Daytime readings are between 50 and 60; while nighttime lows will sometimes dip to 30 and below. It's nippy, and a coat is advisable, but the low humidity keeps the weather from becoming bone-chilling. (Summer is hot! In early June, the mercury rises to above 100 degrees and usually stays there until mid-September.)
So generally speaking, you should plan your wardrobe to be comfortable and in keeping with the weather conditions. Of course, for the showrooms you'll want to bring appropriate evening attire. But for the remainder of your visit, favorite slacks and sport shirts will serve nicely for the guys, while slacks and casual dresses will adequately outfit the ladies.
A man visited the doctor, worrying about his heart. "Do you smoke much?" inquired the doctor. "About 15 cigars a day," the man replied. "You'll have to cut down," the doctor replied.
