# IH Specification Sheet
A two-page specification sheet describes the new International 9000 High-Lift Fork Lift with capacities to 3,500 lbs. and heights to 40½". The mast tilts 19° forward, 15° backward, and the chassis frame side tilts 15°, right or left. The 4' horizontal forward carriage movement is hydraulically actuated and has an oscillating rear axle.
The aggressive 4-wheel drive gives traction and power through mud, snow and swamp grass. The operator can steer with all four wheels, front wheels only, or crab steer.

# Case Introduces Uni-Loader
The 1816 Uni-Loader, a super-compact version of the popular skid-steer series of loaders, has been introduced by the J I Case Co., 700 State St., Racine, Wis. 53404. Designed as a labor-saving unit for material handling and clean-up work on construction and building job sites, the 1816's compact size (only 6' 4½" high and 35" wide) plus its maneuverability enable it to move through doorways, down hallways and into elevators and in most areas where wheelbarrows are usually used.
Powered by a 16 hp, one-cylinder, air-cooled Tecumseh gasoline engine, the 1816 features a hydrostatic power train with drive chains to all four wheels.
# Allis-Chalmers 840 Forklift
Accurate placement, fast cycle time and all-weather operating capability are among the benefits claimed for the new 840 forklift from the Industrial Tractor Division of Allis-Chalmers, Box 521, Topeka, Kan. 66601. The new rough terrain forklift, with mast heights of from 14' to 30', is said to have extremely fast lower-lift cycles. Eighty-degree articulation makes accurate positioning of the unit faster, and an 83 hp engine increases operating speeds even further.
Another asset to multi-job versatility is the degree of mast tilt. A 20° forward and 15 reverse tilt results in increased operator safety and positioning accuracy. Other safety features also are evident, such as a full 360° vision cab and complete roll-over protection.
# Tile & Grout Cleaner
A new line of tile cleaning products has been introduced by Process Solvent Co., manufacturer of "Sure Klean" masonry products. The new professional line consists of "Protec-Tile," a pre-coating for surface protection; "Grout & Tile Cleaner," for easy removal of grout smears; and Sure Klean "Slate Kote," used to seal and beautify tile floors after cleaning.

# Portable Steel Structures
Introduction of the "Porta-Struct" system of portable shelters having tubular steel components has been announced by Bil-Jax, Inc. Illustrated is a structure 24' wide by 40' long, with a minimum ceiling height of 13'6". It may be enclosed with plastic, canvas, aluminum, steel, plywood or other material of the buyer's choice. Other widths and heights are available.
Sidewall columns and roof trusses are electrically welded of 1.9" OD steel tubing and are simple to join and extend. The only other parts are braces (straight and pivoted-diagonal) needed for each 10' bay of length. Bolts and heavy hex nuts are provided.

# Austin-Western 115' Crane
A 22-ton capacity hydraulic crane with operator swing and a self-proportioning power boom that with manual fly section and jib reaches to 115' has been introduced by the Austin-Western Division of Clark Equipment Co.
Model 720 features an operator's cab mounted on the unit's rotating assembly, Clark drive components and hydraulic sliding beam outriggers that spread to 17'. The unit's hydraulic system lets operator hoist, crowd, lift and swing at the same time without feathering controls.
