Increase Masonry Production
20% or More with
Morgen Tower Scaffolding
For every five masons you have on Morgen Scaffolding, you'll get the production you'd expect to get from six on conventional scaffolding. But you don't pay the sixth mason that isn't there!
HERE'S THE REASON
1. Morgen Scaffolding keeps the masons at their most productive level without interruption for rescaffolding.
2. Material is always at the masons' fingertips on the upper platform without reaching, stooping or rehandling required by side brackets, or climbing brackets on frame scaffolding.
3. Only one set-up for each wall. Morgen elevates the masons, laborers, materials and planks as the wall is built. Walls from 12' to 210' high.
4. Speeds material handling. Lift trucks can place palletized material within reach of the masons. Eliminates rehandling of material by laborers.
Cuts in Half the Labor Cost
of Scaffolding, Dismantling, Moving
Pairs of towers can be moved intact by a fork lift truck. A fork lift bracket lets the operator pick up, move and place the towers without leaving his seat.
A specially designed Scaffolding Trailer lets the fork lift truck unload partially-assembled towers, holds them in place while bracing is attached and swing them upright. The fork lift also loads the trailer when the job is complete.
