OUT-OF-THIS WORLD OUT-HOUSE

A 16-year-old Bellevue (Wash.) High School sophomore has the distinction of having the only brick out-house on her block. Liz Rogers was chosen out of 20,000 entrants at the Bricklayers' booth at the recent Seattle Home Show to receive the unique structure.
Her friends at Bellevue High celebrated the event by giving her several rolls of colored toilet tissue and a pink toilet seat. Liz claims she is not going to have an "open house."
The brick structure was given away as part of the display and demonstrations put on at the Seattle Home Show by Seattle Bricklayers' Union Local #2, the Masonry Institute of Washington, the Mason Contractors Association, and various suppliers of masonry products.
Liz's father is looking forward to using the brick out-house as a tool shed. "But," Mrs. Rogers said, "with five children in the family, it would really be handy having an extra one around." And she wasn't refering to a tool shed!
To help celebrate the event, Bricklayers' Union Secretary George Lucker, along with J. B. Nelson and Bill Blackstock who represented the Mason Contractors Association, gave Miss Rogers an old Sears catalog.
Harry Bullis, former chairman of General Mills, is a man with a vast seasoning in making profitable decisions, and his ideas on the subject are worth examining. Bullis says there are five points to consider:
