CCE Elects Officers
Robert E. Linck, president, Warren Ehret-Linck Co., Philadelphia roofing contracting firm, has been elected board chairman of the Council of Construction Employers, Washington, D.C. Pictured with him is Joseph F. Sansone, president, Facilities Painting Corp., Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and new vice chairman of the board. The CCE is an organization of 13 national contractor associations whose membership consists of approximately 77,000 construction contractors who employ about 3.5 million union building tradesmen.
Norton Appoints Four
Four district sales supervisory appointments have been announced by Norton Co.'s Safety Products Division, Worcester, Mass. Appointed were Robert Laughlin for the division's Ohio, West Virginia, western New York and western Pennsylvania district; J. William Clements for the South Carolina, Georgia and Florida district; Michael J. Brown for the Gulf Coast district, and William O. Hurd for the New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New York City district.
OSHA Expands Locations
The Labor Department's Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) reports it now operates 113 field locations at which its inspectors are stationed, more than double the number of offices since the administration was created four years ago.
