Morgen Scaffolding surrounds 214'x54' Sheridan Inn at Omaha.

MORGEN Scaffolding cuts labor costs 30% on motel masonry.

On a recent six-story Sheridan Inn project in Omaha, Nebraska Ken Church Masonry, Omaha, figures he cut his labor crew by 30% or more by using Morgen Scaffolding instead of conventional frame scaffolding.

That's because he could set up Morgen Scaffolding only once, eliminating rescaffolding and the moving of unused material. Ken Church surrounded the 214' x 54' building with 74 towers of Morgen Scaffolding 2914-feet high, assembling them on the ground and placing them in position with a fork lift truck equipped with Morgen's fork lift bracket. Then he added additional inserts as work progressed until the towers were 56½ feet high.

The reduced labor crew was only the beginning of the added profitability. Ken Church estimates that his masons' production on Morgen Scaffolding runs at least 20% more than when they work on conventional scaffolding or work over-hand. Because the masons can see what they are doing at all times and because there is no reaching or stooping, the appearance of the job is better and the men are less tired at the end of the day.

If you're still trying to fight the cost-price squeeze with yesterday's methods, you should see what Morgen Scaffolding can do for your profits. Try it out on a rental basis with option to buy.
