LADES for MASONRY SAWING
Positive Diamond Placement (PDP), a revolutionary manufacturing process that precisely places the diamonds in an exact geometric pattern. This exclusive feature, available in a wide variety of Clipper blades, exposes more cutting surfaces and insures complete utilization of each diamond segment. The net effect is faster cutting speeds and longer blade life.
Special processing techniques at pressures of 50,000 psi and temperatures above 2000°F. fuse the segments. The result is the toughest, most durable segment available in a diamond blade. The metallic grain structure and the chemical composition of the blade segments are subjected to intensive metallographic and spectographic examination to insure that each segment adheres to our exacting standards.
Clipper diamond blades also feature a special steel center that resists under-cutting and fatigue cracking. Every Clipper diamond blade is structurally sound and guaranteed to give top masonry and concrete cutting performance. They are perfectly matched to every Clipper masonry or concrete saw, and give unexcelled performance with any make of saw.
CLIPPER BLUE BOND®
SAFETY BLADES FEATURE:
Patented Leno-Weave reinforcing mesh that is securely and uniformly interlocked to produce the toughest, most durable reinforcement on the market today. Imbedding the mesh protects it from side wear and also allows freer cutting than conventional reinforced blades.
"Blocky-shaped" Crystolon silicon carbide abrasive grains and super-tough resin bonding material to keep Blue Bond blades cutting faster and longer.
An exclusive Clipper process exposes more abrasive grains on the blade edges and sides for extra clearance in the cut.
