REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENTS

Paul Clements
Vice President, Region B

Paul Clements is President of Paul Clements Masonry. Inc., one of the leading mason contracting firms in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He earned his journeyman's card in 1957, working as a masonry superintendent in the Louisville area until he founded his firm in 1967.

Paul has been active in local and regional affairs, having served two terms as President of the Mason Contractors Association of Louisville, Chairman of the Kentuckiana Mason-ry Institute, MCAA State Chairman, and a member of the Material Handling Committee.

The Clements firm specializes in commercial and industrial work. At present, the company is completing the Safety and Courts Complex and Louisville's Convention Center.

Paul's business is his main interest, but right along with it is his family. He and his wife, Shirley, have been married for twenty years and have six children. Kimberley Ann is in Nursing School at the University of Louisville, and Theresa Lynn is a senior at Presentation Academy. Sons are Paul, Jr., John, Thomas, and Barry.

Donald O. Leonard, Jr.
Vice President, Region D

Donald O. Leonard, Jr., of Don Leonard Brick Contracting Company. has been elected vice president of Region D. President of the Mason Contractors Association of St. Louis from 1973 to 1976, Leonard has been chairman of the Mason Contractors Association of America's insurance committee since 1974, and is a member of the board of directors of the PRIDE organization of St. Louis.

Leonard became a mason contractor in 1959 and was vice president of the St. Louis MCA and a member of the arbitration board from 1969 to 1973. In 1973, he was elected chairman of the arbitration board and is currently a member of the arbitration board and a trustee of the Masonry Institute of St. Louis, formerly the Masonry Development Trust of St. Louis.

In the national organization, Leonard was a member of the apprenticeship committee and vice chairman of the insurance committee in 1973. He has been Missouri state chairman of the MCAA since 1974.

Following completion of his schooling in St. Louis, Leonard spent four years as a bricklayer apprentice and two years in the United States Army. He became a mason contractor in 1959.

The 45-year-old Leonard and his wife will celebrate their 25th anniversary next October. The couple has four children, two girls and two boys.

Blaine Warner
Vice President, Region F

Blaine Warner from Phoenix, Arizona is the Vice President for Region F. covering the States of Arizona. Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Blaine started his trade in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1949 and moved to Phoenix in 1954. He formed his company. Warner Masonry, in 1959, and since then it has grown to become one of the largest masonry contracting firms in Arizona. Completing many residential, commercial, industrial, institutional. and remodeling projects of varied sizes, the Warner firm has built an excellent reputation in the State of Arizona.

Blaine has served as President of the Arizona Masonry Contractors Asociation, State Chairman for MCAA, and as a member of the MCAA Insurance Committee. In addition, he is active in numerous civic and service organizations.
