GSA Names Architects, Engineers to Panels

Several distinguished architects and engineers have been appointed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to its ten regional Public Advisory Panels on Architectural and Engineering Services. Panel members will serve voluntarily until December 31, 1977.

GAS Administrator Jay Solomon said a principal duty of the panels is to "propose to GSA regional administrators qualified firms for further consideration by the agency to receive commissions for designing new construction, and for repair and alteration projects where estimated construction awards exceed $5,000 each."

All scaffolding is not created equal.
