possibility of recovering attorneys' fees and other expenses that may be incurred in connection with forcing a union to cease illegal activity. In the case of a jurisdictional dispute, however, these procedures of the law would only be applicable if the union that lost the 10-k proceeding failed to abide by the 10-k ruling and was found guilty of unfair labor practice in a subsequent NLRB hearing that would follow the 10-k proceeding.
