2000 lbs. of hot water pressure with muriatic acid, or other chemicals, inducted at the nozzle, will clean masonry much faster and better than any method known. High pressure requires less chemical and the wall cleans faster. Lower pressure requires more chemical and more time resulting in a sanded mortar joint or broken weather seal.
Type M mortar, Portland cement splatter, sarabond, efflorescence, smoke damage, paint and tar can be removed without leaving a stain. Cleans rough surface brick with mortar wedged in tight. White brick, slump block, colored split-face block and colored mortar can be cleaned by using little or no chemical.
Expose the bright natural colors of masonry. Clean old buildings with atmospheric deposits such as dirt, carbon, rust, green mold, etc. from any masonry, stone, or plaster surface. A simple nozzle change will permit water-proofing masonry after it is cleaned.
