SAFE AREA
During construction of a factory in a small town in a remote area, the contractor built a tool shed. When the shed was finished and stocked with tools, a night security guard was hired to prevent looting.

"Hiring that guard is an awful waste of money," a native said to the job foreman.

"How come?" the foreman asked.

"Mister," the man replied. "nobody in this town ever stole anything to work with."
