MCAA to Celebrate 35th Anniversary In Las Vegas
After two previous visits there, in 1974 and 1978, MCAA will return to Las Vegas, March 7-12, 1985, to celebrate the 35th anniversary of its founding and to conduct its 35th International Masonry Conference and Educational Trade Show at the luxurious Las Vegas Hilton.
Many special events are being planned to mark this milestone in MCAA's continuing growth and development. Coupled with the glitter and excitement of America's most glamorous city, the '85 Conference should be packed with plenty of enjoyment to go along with the serious business side of this annual event.
Material Handling Showcase Returns
One of the major attractions of the Conference will be the reactivation of the popular Material Handling Showcase, which was postponed at the '84 Conference due to the lack of adequate outdoor facilities at the hotel. '85, however, will be a different matter. The Showcase, which features live material handling equipment demonstrations, will be held entirely indoors with bleacher seating amid comfortable surroundings, thanks to the Las Vegas Hilton's huge exhibition hall. So no matter what the weather, the show will go on!
