# EBA Appoints Officers
The board of directors of the Employing Bricklayers Association of Delaware Valley, Narberth. Pa., recently appointed the following officers to a two-year term: Eugene L. Lepore, president; John Sabia, vice president; Don Grimme, treasurer, and Dennis Allen, secretary.
# NCMA Elects Fred Adams as Board Chairman
Fred Adams, president of Adams Products Co., Morrisville, N.C., is the new board chairman of the National Concrete Masonry Association. Norman A. Nelson, president & secretary/treasurer of Grand Blanc Cement Products, Inc., Grand Blanc. Mich., was named board chairman-elect. Adams is a former president of the Carolinas Concrete Masonry Association, headquartered in Greensboro. Nelson was a major speaker at the first World Congress on Concrete Masonry held in Washington in 1980 and at the International Precast Concrete Congress held in Israel in 1981.

# St. Louis Masonry Centre Burns Mortgage
Four former presidents of the Mason Contractors Association of St. Louis "burn the mortgage" for the St. Louis Masonry Centre. During their term of office, each of the past presidents, from left, Donald C. Grant, 1981-82, Fred C. Daues, 1979-80, and Robert D. Sloss, 1967-68, were instrumental in conceiving, planning and building the Masonry Centre, which is home for the Mason Contractors Association of St. Louis and the Masonry Institute of St. Louis. # IMI Annual Meeting Moved to Fall Dates
The International Masonry Institute's Board of Trustees has voted to move the Institute's Annual Meeting in 1986 from the spring, when it has traditionally been held, to the fall. The 1986 Annual Meeting will be held October 31 to November 5 at the Marquis Hotel in Palm Springs, Calif. The Board added that IMI will hold a series of small, informal regional meetings in the spring, with the dates and locations soon to be announced.
# J & E Duff Masonry Celebrates 50th Year
The mason contracting firm of J & E Duff, Inc. is observing its 50th year of operation in the Chicagoland area. It was in May, 1936, that brothers John and Edward Duff formed a partnership and developed a mason contract-please turn page
# Specialty Contractors Honor Wilkinson
Robert L.. Wilkinson, president of Associated Specialty Contractors, of which MCAA is an active member, was honored recently by the American Subcontractors Association at its annual convention "for his lifelong dedication and service to the construction industry." In presenting ASA's Special Recognition Award to Wilkinson, A. E. Marchbanks, president of ASA, said: "No one has done more to defend and protect the rights of subcontractors everywhere. As president of Associated Specialty Contractors, he has been instrumental in negotiations with the American Institute of Architects and the Associated General Contractors for fair and equitable contract documents." The ASC Board meets periodically with representatives of ASA and AGC. ASC and AGC are often allied in activities benefitting subcontractors.
