Tandy Rice To Be Featured Speaker

Tandy Rice, Chief Executive Officer of Top Billing International, will be one of the featured speakers at the opening session of the '88 conference. Mr. Rice is a native of Franklin, Tenn., graduated from the Citadel, and subsequently served as Information Officer in the Strategic Air Command. He has also been presented the Nashville Association of Talent Directors" "Man of the Year" Award, and has been featured on ABC/TV's "20/20" and PM Magazine programs. In 1981 he was President of the Country Music Association, and holds a membership in the in the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
