Tri-State Sales, J.V.A., Incorporated and Davis Architectural have been appointed sales representatives by PermaGrain Products. Tri-State Sales will cover eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware with the architectural and design community. J.V.A. will cover Florida with the company's two stone product lines. Davis will cover architects and designers in southern Louisiana.

Caterpillar Industrial has entered into a joint venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to form Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift. The new venture is dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of industrial lift trucks.
