Three color or black and white (35mm) 2 x 2" slides of the project being submitted. If we have to convert prints to slides or slides to prints we will bill entrant at cost plus. The principal contact and address of the project-customer, architect, mason contractor and principal masonry supplier. A description page of the project limited to 250 to 500 words. Judging will be conducted during Masonry Expo '95 in Las Vegas, Nevada, February 6-8, 1995 by ballot of all attendees at Masonry Expo.
