Increased Profitability
The list of examples is endless. However, the most significant bottom-line result from the implementation of Quality is the increase in productivity. In a price-sensitive industry the best way to increase profitability is through increased internal efficiency. Less mistakes, more profit.

Owner Enjoyment
Quality Management may have its greatest impact on owners and managers. The Quality Process will put the enjoyment back into running your business. Now you feel like a fire fighter with your company running you. Quality Management is different. You become pro-active, spending time running your business and getting the profits you deserve.

Here are some comments from MCAA's Quality Contractors:

So... has MQI been successful?

From the standpoint of the number of contractors who have attended MQI probably not. MCAA wants more contractors to understand and implement the Process. And, MCAA will continue to support the Quality Process and offer MQI to its members.

From the customer's perspective nationally, it's hard to tell. But, for those customers who deal with MCAA's Quality Contractors - they see the improvement. They see that the quality is back.

From the standpoint of the mason contractors who have attended MQI and have implemented the Quality Process there is no question. They know that Quality pays...
