Lift Truck
The pneumatic tire Caterpillar lift trucks (GP15K-35K and DP20K-35K) come with gas, LP gas, or diesel engines and have lift capacities ranging from 3,000-7,000 lbs. These models offer a quiet ride thanks to advanced sound-and-vibration dampening technologies, a spacious operator's compartment, a specially contoured seat, and a flexible operator restraint system. These lift trucks offer many operator comforts such as: the contoured seat designed for the operator who must shift and reposition the body repeatedly, a gas-assist steering system which provides smooth positioning of the wheel over five full inches, and an instrument panel which tilts with the steering wheel for sustained visibility. These lift trucks also offer operator conveniences such as storage compartments and two separate clipboard locations: one in an upright "quick reference" position for operators to read order forms without handling them and the other position for storage when not in use. For more information or a free brochure, call your Cat lift truck dealer at 1(800)-CAT-LIFT or visit Caterpillar's website at: www.cat lift.com

Saf-T-Net System
At last... a hingeable staging and guard rail that moves up and down with the worker. This means comfortable, enclosed safety for siding, painting, DRY-VIT or U-NAM-IT. A combination of vastly increased safety plus a bold economical job-site sign is now available by Alum-A-Pole Corporation; the inventor of the jointable pumpjack scaffolding system. Tested far in excess of OSHA's static load requirement, this durable, easy to install product prevents the working man, and/or his tools from slipping to lower levels. This net also serves as a waste containment device, eliminating tedious cleanup at the end of the job. Falling to the ground scaffolding hazards are virtually eliminated because the Sal-T-Net moves up and down with the worker. An End-Rail System is also available. Greater safety is a thing called progress. For more information, call (570) 969-2299 oг (800) 421-2586.

Sliding Storage System
No more crawling on your hands and knees trying to get to tools or materials located in the back of your truck or van. A sliding elevated platform called the X-TENDER DRAWER™ can organize your truck load, make use of wasted space, and provide easy access to your entire cargo area. The removable X-TENDER DRAWER™ is an elevated platform that mounts into the interior of the truck and slides out for easy access to materials stored on top. The unit is mounted so that other materials can be stored underneath, nearly doubling the storage space of any van or truck. The drawers come in various lengths and can be customized to fit most vehicles, including trucks, vans and SUV's. Specially designed aluminum extrusions and heavy duty wheel bearings provide enough strength to hold a 300 pound distributed load. The units can be stacked, as well, to provide two levels of sliding, easy-to-access space. For more information on the X-TENDER DRAWERTM, contact Parri by phone (570) 472-3343, or visit website at www.x- tenderdrawer.com.

Material Handler
ARDCO/Traverse Lift, LLC announces the introduction of a new telehandler, the F-644. The F-644 represents the latest in material handling technology, and is designed to take on the harsh conditions of construction sites, while providing maximum operator comfort and convenience features. The F-644 has a rated lift capacity of 6,000 pounds and lift height of 44 feet. The new model is capable of lifting 2,000 pounds at its maximum forward reach, 30.25 feet, without compromising stability. One of the most unique features of the F-644 is the ability to land 4,500 pounds on the sixth tier of scaffold without driving the machine forward. Besides contributing to greater safety, this feature also aids in increased productivity. The cab of the new model features single-lever joystick control, full instrumentation with visual/audible alarms and a fully adjustable suspension seat. Triple rearview mirrors enhance operator visibility, and the wide-access cab, with handgrips, facilitates safe entry and exit. For more information about the F-644 material handler, please call Harold Keene, sales coordinator, ARDCO/Traverse Lift at (713) 433-6751 or visit www.traverselift.com.
