Architects' Masonry Orlando
Symposium 2001

The Symposium is a 3-day program designed to expand the knowledge base of masonry designers. It is a chance to immerse an architect in the uses of and benefits from using masonry. The symposium will also feature a hands-on utilization of masonry as architects participate in building a Habitat for Humanity Home. The Habitat Home will be an excellent opportunity for continued architect/contractor interaction. Architects will leave this symposium with a newfound respect for masonry design and a clearer vision of the benefits of using masonry. Contractors are encouraged to send an architect to the symposium from their local area.

What are architects' saying about the Architects' Masonry Symposium?

"Nice Job! The seminars sparked potential in my ongoing creative thinking about masonry systems. The Hands-on block laying was a revelation, and I appreciated dialogue with industry leaders who seemed sincere. The time I spent at the symposium was time well spent. Thank you for having me here."
