Enclosed are pictures of a project where we used the Grout Hog. The project is Pelican Bay Aquatic Center in Edmond, OK. Forty yards of grout was poured on this project. It was especially helpful using the Grout Hog on the interior walls because they were hard to service. The walls on the exterior had 48" O.C. verticals and horizontals. The exterior walls on one of these buildings required 10 yards of grout. It only took two men there and one half hour to complete the exterior of one building from hook up to clean up.
The Grout Hog was purchased before starting a 180,000 sq. ft. Kohl's Department Store. We were laying 12" Quick-Brick and the Grout Hog paid for itself on the very first job it was used. The foreman on this project, Terry Cauthen, commented on the easy operation of the Grout Hog. It took no time at all to train our employees in its use.
We are extremely pleased with our purchase of the Grout Hog. It has made our grouting operation profitable. In addition, we have increased production because we are not tying up bricklayers and trainees handling buckets and waiting for grout.
