Typical "peel-and-stick" flashings have a black, rubberized-asphalt component that can "drool" or leach out to the exterior of the building in warm temperatures if not precisely installed. This can leave unsightly marks that are difficult to remove. FLEX-FLASH™ has a pressure-sensitive, clear adhesive that will not drool when exposed to UV or heat. FLEX-FLASH™ is a 40-mil thick product formulated with Elvaloy® Kee, and combines the best features of other types of flashing, making it a truly superior product.

MORTAR NET™
Mortar Net" breaks up mortar on two levels and permanently suspends mortar droppings above the level of the weep holes, allowing egress of moisture to the exterior of the building. Provided in 0.4", 1" or 2" thickness.
