Showcase Highlights
The new MCAA Masonry Showcase at CONSTRUCT AMERICA will be the "MUST ATTEND" event of 2005. No other industry event can offer a combined show format bringing mason contractors, architects, specifiers and general contractors together all under one roof for the purpose of networking and education. MCAA's Masonry Showcase will now be co-located with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the Total Facility Management (TFM) shows, bringing a centralized marketplace to compare, shop and save on products for the entire masonry and construction industry.

Nothing says Chicago like the winners of the 1985 Super Bowl championship, the Chicago Bears. Meet with Chicago Bear's Super Bowl champion Gary Fencik. He will entertain guests with the many lessons that have propelled him to success, both on and off the field. Gary played twelve seasons with the Chicago Bears and is the all-time leader in interceptions and total tackles. He was also awarded a gold record and a platinum video award for the famed 1985 Super Bowl Shuffle. What a way to mark the official opening of the 2005 Masonry Showcase with none other than Chicago's own!

Have you recently completed a unique masonry project that could be a potential national award winner? See how your projects stack up to the rest. Enter your masonry project in the 2005 International Excellence in Masonry Competition. Each entry will be presented in the video awards program the evening of Tuesday, April 19. The purpose of this program is to give recognition to mason contractors, architects and building owners for outstanding accomplishments in masonry design and construction. The International Excellence in Masonry Awards is the premier national awards program for excellence in masonry. Entry forms must be submitted by December 13.
