DeWALT Launches NanoM Technology Cordless Tools
DeWALT, a manufacturer of industrial power tools, announced the launch of Nano Technology, a proprietary technology that drives the latest line of DeWALT cordless tools. DeWALT will offer three cordless platforms with Nano Technology -36V, 28V and 18V. By offering these voltages, DeWALT is able to provide its users with an extensive range of power tools that satisfy a wide scope of user demands on the job site.
Nano Technology provides users with an optimized power-to-weight ratio, maximum battery durability and cycle life, as well as productivity enhancing features. This technology is currently part of the DeWALT 36V line of power tools and will also be available in the 28V platform, which will be officially unveiled to the general public at the 2007 International Builder's Show (IBS) in Orlando, Fla.
