CNH Names President, New Holland Ag Equipment
CNH Global N.V. named Barry Engle to lead the company's New Holland Agricultural Equipment S.p.A. Engle is the unit's president and CEO, a position assumed on an interim basis a year ago by CNH's president and CEO, Harold Boyanovsky. Engle was most recently president and CEO of Ford of Canada.
Nystrom Acquires Arden Architectural
Nystrom Building Products, a direct-to-site provider of complementary building products for the commercial construction industry in Brooklyn Park, Minn., acquired Arden Architectural Specialties in New Brighton, Minn. Nystrom and Arden Architectural offer complementary lines of products serving the same markets.

Sakrete, NFL to 'Sack' Homelessness
For the third year, Sakrete will partner with several National Football League (NFL) teams to raise money for the homeless through its Sakrete Sack program. The Carolina Panthers, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills and Atlanta Falcons will participate in the 2008 program. At the end of the regular season, the player with the most sacks from each participating team will have $5,000 donated in his name to HomeAid, a national non-profit provider of housing for the homeless. The overall league sack leader will have $10,000 donated in his name.
Manitou BF S.A. Acquires Gehl Co.
Gehl Co. signed a definitive agreement to be acquired for $30 per share by its largest shareholder, Manitou BF S.A., a manufacturer and distributor of material handling equipment headquartered in France. The transaction, with an aggregate enterprise value of about $450 million, will be effected through a tender offer for all outstanding shares of Gehl by a Manitou

Raimondi Tools USA announced that Hank King of Alpine Tile in Northfield, Vt., won the Gladiator Advanced Overhead Rail Saw raffle at Coverings 2008 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. King, a high-end custom and resort home contractor in Vermont's Sugarbush Valley, immediately put the new Raimondi Gladiator Advanced Overhead Rail Saw to use on a 1,000-square-foot custom floor using reclaimed slate from an old farm roof in southern Vermont. The tiles were no match for the saw.
Donation
Raimondi Tools has donated dozens of hand tools to the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) for use in its training facility for students. Raimondi's support of CTEF demonstrates its commitment to education. Donated Raimondi tools are now used in CTEF education programs, and Raimondi is offering a lifetime discount of 15 percent off of all tools purchased by graduates of the CTEF Certification Program.
