MIXERS - The right mix!
The improved BMI Mortar System is based on the original proven mixer and control. The mixer motor is changed from a single-phase motor to a three-phase motor. This increases the reliability and provides a better low power performance.
The new control panel converts the three-phase power in a single small box. This small change results in more startup power, more reliability and increased mixing quality.
PUMPS - Fully automatic!
The fully automatic BMI Grout Pump is years ahead of the industry. It only takes 3 workers to install the grout. With no dust, there's virtually no cleanup needed. This adds up to an efficient team that can continue laying block.
The BMI Grout Pump can push grout up to 500 feet away that's almost two football fields. The pump mixes the silo's dry preblended product with water. The only thing left to do is put the grout hose in the block.
CONVEYING SYSTEMS - Easy access!
Can't get job access with a forklift or crane? No problem. The ultimate team player, this system is designed for high-rise construction, courtyards or straight onto scaffolding.
The new BMI Mortar System consists of a silo that is pneumatically filled - no bags. The system uses a dry conveying system. The dry product is conveyed with air to the mixer on the floor where the product is used. At that point, the water is added to the dry product with our automatic D-30 mixer. The system is fast and clean. There are no machines or labor involved to move the product.
