Romo Block laid approximately 120,000 blocks using QUIKRETE® Mason Mix Portland Lime Type M Mortar and J&M Glazing installed posts for the glass balconies in each unit using QUIKRETE® Core-Fill Grout.

QUIKRETE® Type M Mason Mix is a 2500 PSI, high strength commercial grade mortar. The pre-blended mixture contains specially graded sand, hydrated lime and cements specially designed
for building and reinforcing walls made of brick, block or stone. It meets the requirements of ASTM
C270 type M. Type S and N formulations are also available.

QUIKRETE® Core-Fill Grout is a properly proportioned mixture of Portland cement, graded sand,
and other ingredients designed to provide a flowable grout requiring only the addition of water. It’s
