MK Diamond Acquires Canoga Equipment

Since 1945, Canoga Equipment has been manufacturing the professional-grade mixers and construction equipment relied on by professionals for consistent, on-the-job performance and value.

The acquisition of Canoga Equipment strengthens MK Diamond's position in the masonry market while creating new prospects for expansion in the rental and construction supply marketplace. The deal represents a major opportunity for MK Diamond Products to advance its leadership in the construction power tools industry.
