SOLD OUT: All 2022 Speed Dating Spots Reserved

Words: Dan Kamys

Update 2/18/2022 8:03 AM: STABILA has claimed the only remaining spot left open to MCAA Supplier Members, the Golden Breakfast Sponsorship, making our 2022 availability completely booked. We will be announcing a new, high-impact event with new sponsorship opportunities early next week.

Update 2/16/2022 8:01 AM: Pettibone is the first Corporate Partner to reserve a Speed Dating Suite, making all suite spots officially reserved. Our Golden Breakfast Sponsorship is the only opportunity for this event still available.

Update 2/15/2022 4:15 PM Central: FRACO and Amerimix have reserved Speed Dating spots, and we have updated the list of companies below to reflect. Small changes to the article have been made to address the new list of companies participating. We have also been able to add one additional suite to accommodate demand.

Update 2/14/2022 2:45 PM Central: Non-Stop Scaffolding has reserved a Speed Dating spot, and we have updated the list of companies below to reflect that. Small changes to the article have been made to address the new list of companies participating.

The MCAA Midyear Meeting is set to occur from August 14-18 at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. As we mentioned, the Midyear also marks the return of the fan-favorite event, Speed Dating. We have officially opened Speed Dating Suite + Breakfast Sponsorship opportunities to MCAA Strategic Partners as of this morning (February 14, 2022). Nine of the twelve available spots have already been claimed. As of this writing, the MCAA Strategic and Corporate Partners who will be participating in Speed Dating are:

  • Amerimix
  • EZG Manufacturing
  • EZ Scaffold
  • FRACO
  • Hydro Mobile
  • Non-Stop Scaffolding
  • Norton Clipper
  • Pettibone
  • PROSOCO
  • SOLA
  • STABILA
  • SPEC MIX
  • Xtreme Manufacturing

As part of the rollout schedule outlined in this article, Strategic Partners receive 48 hours of early access running to 8:00 AM Central on Wednesday morning (February 16th, 2022). At that time, reservations open to MCAA Corporate partners as well. Reservations among those two groups are open on a first-come, first-served basis at that point. Should availability still remain, reservations will open to all remaining MCAA Supplier members on Friday morning (February 18th, 2022) at 8:00 AM Central.

In all cases, a verbal/email commitment is all that secures the space for the time being. A 50%, non-refundable deposit will be due by June 1, and full payment will be due by August 1.

Some companies who have traditionally gotten the opportunity to Speed Date may not get the chance to do so because of an increase in MCAA Partners in the past year and limited availability. We are actively in development of a new, high-impact sponsorship opportunity for Tuesday evening that will allow companies who are unable to get into Speed Dating to make a splash.
