On Tuesday morning, there is breakfast and Speed Dating. Cultured Stone will be giving the breakfast presentation. The 2023 Midyear Meeting also marks the return of attendee-favorite, Hands-On Speed Dating. This unique and educational opportunity allows contractors to learn from and dialogue with suppliers while touching, feeling, and using the latest equipment and technology.

Hands-On Speed Dating

Every three years, the MCAA puts a twist on the traditional Speed Dating event. Small groups of contractors will make their way through 20-minute educational presentations about some of the latest developments in the industry.

New this year are our Speed Dating Break Zones, which will allow contractors and five additional companies to network in an informal setting during TWO 30-minute breaks.

The Clay Café Tour & Dinner Presented By Glen-Gery

Our Tuesday night event, The Clay Café Tour & Dinner, will proudly be presented by MCAA Corporate Partner Glen-Gery. This event is a can't-miss opportunity for all Midyear registrants to experience a truly unique and unforgettable evening.

We'll begin with transportation to the Glen-Gery brick plant, where our generous hosts will lead small groups on an informative tour of the facility. You'll get an up-close look at the brick manufacturing process, including handmade brick making. While some are on the tour, others will have the chance to mingle, enjoy drinks, and snack. After the tour, we'll all come together for dinner.

This event promises to be an incredible evening filled with great company, delicious food, and an educational experience you'll never forget. Don't miss out on this exclusive opportunity to see how the magic happens!

Wednesday morning will feature the Board Meeting and Contractor Round Table Discussions. Our final afternoon will be free; in the evening, we will host our annual Hall Of Fame Award Ceremony and Closing Dinner.

Masonry Hall Of Fame Awards Ceremony & Dinner

This marks the third year that the ceremony will be conducted as part of the Midyear Meeting. New inductees, Calvin Brodie, Stephen Getz, Daniel L. Hiltebeitel, and Bill McConnell, will be awarded their Hall of Fame plaque on Wednesday, September 20th. Inductees will have the chance to give speeches to commemorate this historic evening.

We are proud to announce that for the third year in a row, MCAA Strategic Partner SOLA will serve as the sole sponsor of the Masonry Hall of Fame.

We look forward to seeing you in Pennsylvania, and be sure to look out at the full program details at midyear.masoncontractors.org
