Release New Film
A new concrete product that sets quickly and bears traffic in less than an hour, is demonstrated in a recently released 11 minute motion picture.
The film was produced by Pilot Productions, Inc., Evanston, Illinois for Concrete Maintenance Products, Inc.. Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Scenes of demonstrations and tests show how Speed Crete, a micro-concrete product (1) mixes quickly, (2) takes an initial set in five minutes. (3) has high compressive strength. (4) bears traffic in 40 minutes, and (5) how permanent repairs can be made even under water.
The film also shows that no forms or molds are required, how the fast setting feature of the product reduces the time barriers must be set, and how the product can be formulated withe an aggregate, and how it permits the application of a curing agent in just a few minutes, thus eliminating come back trips, which in turn reduce labor costs.
