Leonard Rosenblatt, general manager of U.S. Operations for the Darex/Horn/Servicized product lines, has been appointed a vice president of the Construction Products Division, W. R. Grace & Co., Cambridge, Mass. Thomas P. Feit has joined the Construction Products Div., W. R. Grace & Co. as manager of technical services for Zonolite products. The appointment of William T. Sly as Vice President/Engineering has been announced by Safway Steel Products, Milwaukee, a Division of ATO, Inc. The announcement was made by William P. Stetzelberger, President of Safway. The appointment of Harry F. Smet to the position of sales representative in the Milwaukee District of Huron Cement is announced by Jack T. Russell, Milwaukee District Sales Manager.

Featured speaker at the January 20th meeting of the Minneapolis Chapter was Dave Epstein, Assistant Project Director, HUD. New members of the Arizona Masonry Guild are Ed Featherstone, United Metro Materials & Concrete Co., and Glenn Nichols, 19th Avenue Building Supplies. The appointment of four product sales managers highlights a restructuring of the Darex/Horn/Servicized group at W. R. Grace & Co's Construction Products Division. Named to new posts are: Richard W. Gaenzle, general sales manager, Darex admixture products; Edward L. Morgan, sales manager, Bituthene products; Stanley M. Buchanan, Western sales manager, Horn-Servicized products and Harry W. Johnson, Eastern division sales manager, Horn-Servicized products.
Bil-Jax North Central
Appointment of Bil-Jax North Central Co., as distributors of the full line of tubular steel scaffolding and related equipment, in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, is announced by Wilbur M. Wyse, president of Bil-Jax, Inc., of Archbold, Ohio.
Willard Roe, with long experience in scaffolding sales and service in these states, is president and general manager of the firm, the management team of which brings over 120 years of scaffolding experience. The firm's offices and warehouse, already operating as a full-service Bil-Jax distributorship, is located at 3130 Talmadge Ave., S.E., Minneapolis, Minn.
APPOINT HOLLMAN
William N. Hollman has been appointed Ohio Managing Engineer for the Great Lakes Region, Portland Cement Association. He will be based in the PCA's Columbus office at 50 West Broad St.
Hollman has been a general field engineer for the PCA in Florida. He will be responsible for PCA activity in Ohio paving markets and will supervise the Association's work in residential and public works markets in most of Ohio.
In addition, Hollman will administer the educational program for the entire Great Lakes Region which includes Ohio and Michigan.
